Acquired as a 28-bedroom HMO, we are converting this Listed Georgian property into 25 flats, which we plan to hold as a longer-term investment.

Upon completion of refurbishment works, we anticipate an uplift in the capital value of around £800,000.

As at July 2018, five flats have been refurbished and furnished.

In Summer 2018, we completed the conversion and refurbishment of this 5-bedroom house, which is now fully let as a 7-bedroom HMO (all en-suite), generating a return of over 15%.
