We are looking to grow the business through partnering with both active and passive investors on a variety of profitable projects, including:

 

• Joint ventures on larger commercial asset management deals.

• Loans to part fund our investment and refurbishment projects, where we can provide regular returns to sophisticated investors.

Our absolute priority is to protect our investors’ money, which we do by investing in great deals, carrying out thorough due diligence using our best-in-class team of professionals and facilitating attractive returns. We don’t use our investors’ capital for any project that we wouldn’t invest in ourselves. And because we invest in a variety of different property projects, we can tailor the deal - as far as possible - to each individual investor’s requirements.
