About us
Strongoak Investments was founded in 2015 by Suzi Carter - a highly experienced chartered surveyor and property professional. With a long background in corporate real estate, Suzi has worked for industry giants such as CBRE, B&Q and Land Sec, where she was a Portfolio Director managing a retail portfolio of over £2.7bn.
Based in Gloucestershire, we invest in property all over the UK, via our network of industry experts and investment partners.
One of our key strengths is our ability to nurture great relationships with investors, vendors, agents, tenants, consultants and other landlords, while maintaining a thorough and professional approach to property deals. We believe that it's always best to work in a collaborative manner, sharing technical knowledge and expertise to ensure the best outcome.
We also appreciate that, in many cases, the speed of a transaction is crucial. We have established systems that enable us to move quickly without compromising the quality of our due diligence.

Managing Director
Suzi, a Chartered Surveyor, has worked in the real estate industry for over twenty-five years. She has more than ten years’ experience at Director level with some of the industry’s giants, including LandSec plc, Kingfisher Group and CBRE. Most of her professional career has involved acquiring, developing or asset managing commercial property and she has been responsible for portfolios worth over £2.5 billion.
As Managing Director of Strongoak Investments, Suzi leads the team in sourcing investments, structuring deals and the ongoing management of property assets.
